CRITERIA FOR DLCMCDC AWARD-------

Dream, Dream High, Dream Higher to Dream Big and God will do the rest.

            Couples - Single Parents - Single young Adults                                            

1. Husband and wife must live together and experience genuine relationship.

2. Single parent must live with his, her child or children.

3. Single young adult must stand for sexual purity, therefore abstain from sex  before marriage.

• Submit a short autobiography, 4 to 8 pages in length.

• Registration fee for the award application is $100.00, nonrefundable.

• Application must be submitted now or before April 30th. If extension is needed, please call this number 484-461-6304, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The autobiography must be received before or by June 30, 2011.

• Send autobiographies as directed: 2 hard copies, CD or flash drive using Microsoft word. The deadline to receive all autobiographies is July 1st, 2011. Same treatment for all.

Winners will be announced by October 1st 2011
