A missionary heart:
1. Is empowered by the Holy Spirit: Church of God is a
Missionary Organization, which is mostly manifested through World mission,
with the many empowered churches and missionaries chartered all around the
world (Founded in 1886 upon the principles of Christ). We will not forget
the passionate heart of young L. Howard Juillerat. (Pathway Press 1985).
2. Is Biblically mandated: Jesus instructed the apostles to make
disciples ( Matthew 28:19 ). This reference is understood by Christian
missionaries as the Great Commission to engage in missionary work.
3. Is filled with compassion and love: In 2000 DLCMCDC FAMILY
MINISTRIES was founded for the sole purpose to save families for Christ.
In 2002, as a passionate missionary, with a heart filled with compassion
and love, I founded the First Jesus is My Universe Church of God in
Haiti.
4. Is filled with faith: In 2003, by faith we resisted a group
of Zinglindo who stopped us with machine-guns and other weapons.
By faith in Jesus Christ, they became frozen until we escaped. (Haiti
2003)
5. Is equipped to heal: In all our missionary trips, miracles
occurred. But, that time the miracle was so needed: A child was possessed
which caused him to have a swollen body. It was inflated and painful. We
prayed for him at 2:00 PM; at 6:30 PM he came to Church with joy. (Haiti
2005)
6. Is equipped to save: A group of voodoo-priests decided to
destroy our Church, willing to plant a voodoo-temple instead. Suddenly, the
leader became powerless to a point that he asked for Salvation. He was the
first to be saved in that region of Haiti. (Haiti 2007)
7. Is equipped to give to the needy: Since 2002 to present, we
have educated, supplied medicines, executed prescriptions, clothed,
nourished, and provided housings to thousands. (Haiti 2002 – 2008)
